Sr Lead, DevSec Ops - Wealth & Asset Management

Tasks

• Proactively assess security gaps, develop innovative solutions, and drive DevSecOps transformation to improve resilience and efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison between development and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of security into the DevOps pipeline.
• Implement security automation, risk mitigation strategies, and CI/CD security integration to ensure secure software delivery.
• Build trust with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams by promoting security best practices and DevSecOps adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead the DevSecOps strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Work in a multifunctional team environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, or secure software development. Experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
• Expertise in CI/CD, cloud security, Azure DevOps, container security, and automation tools.
• Experience implementing security checks in a secure SDLC pipeline.
• Experience with secrets management, SCA, open-source tools.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Proven ability to interact with customers, lead teams, and drive strategic security initiatives.
