Sr Lead, DevSec Ops - Wealth & Asset Management

Tasks

• Proactively assess security gaps, develop innovative solutions and drive DevSecOps transformation to improve resilience and efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact between development and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of security into the DevOps pipeline.
• Implement security automation, risk mitigation strategies and CI/CD security integration to ensure secure software delivery.
• Vertrauen bei Kunden, Stakeholdern und Ingenieursteams aufbauen, indem Sicherheitsbest Practices und DevSecOps-Einführung in der gesamten Organisation gefördert werden.
• Work with development teams to integrate secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments.
• Die DevSecOps-Strategie leiten, die mit Geschäftszielen und regulatorischen Anforderungen übereinstimmt.
• Be able to work in a multifunctional team environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud security or secure software development. Experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
• Expertise in CI/CD, cloud security, Azure DevOps, container security and automation tools.
• Erfahrung mit der Implementierung von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen innerhalb einer sicheren SDLC-Pipeline.
• Experience with Secrets Management, SCA, open source tools.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Proven ability to interact with customers, lead teams and drive strategic security initiatives.
