Sr. Lead - DevSecOps - Wealth and Asset Management

The Sr. Lead - DevSecOps in Wealth and Asset Management will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to integrate security into the DevSecOps pipeline. The candidate will be expected to ensure collaboration between development and cybersecurity teams and drive the adoption of security best practices across the organization.

Tasks

  • As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to ensure the seamless integration of security into the DevSecOps pipeline.
  • Proactively assess security gaps, develop innovative solutions and drive DevSecOps transformation to improve resilience and efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact between development and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of security into the DevSecOps pipeline.
  • Implement security automation, risk mitigation strategies and CI/CD security integration to ensure secure software delivery.
  • Build trust with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams by promoting security best practices and DevSecOps adoption across the organization.
  • Work with development teams to integrate secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments.
  • Lead the DevSecOps strategy, aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Be able to work in a multifunctional team environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud security or secure software development. Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
  • Expertise in CI/CD, cloud security, Azure DevOps, container security and automation tools.
  • Experience in implementing security checks within a secure SDLC pipeline.
  • Experience with Secrets Management, SCA, open source tools.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA).
  • Proven ability to interact with customers, lead teams and drive strategic security initiatives.
