The Sr. Lead IAM (Identity and Access Management) Governance is responsible for implementing and managing IAM solutions to ensure they meet business unit and information security requirements. The candidate should have extensive experience in security, risk and technology and be able to act as a consultant for IAM solutions.

- Identify and enable IAM solutions that meet business and information security expectations in terms of performance, usability and security for IAM standards and procedures.
- Represent information security to business unit stakeholders as a trusted advisor to find pragmatic and cost-effective security solutions that efficiently support customer needs.
- Collaborate with technology, information security, risk, business architecture and BUI organization as needed.
- Represent the IAM organization to the business units and technology, risk and audit teams.
- Balance between strategic operational execution and development and execution of tactical information security and business unit activities.
- Provide guidance, best practices and support to the business units to identify, assess, control and mitigate IAM risks.
- Promote awareness and understanding of the technology risk framework and compliance challenges within BUI.
- Support the development of solutions and controls that meet system expectations for security, performance, fault tolerance, usability and data integrity.
Requirements:
- Preferred 12+ years of experience in security, risk and/or technology across a broad range of architectures.
- Broad understanding of identity and access management, and governance and administration.
- Strong ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
- Excellent counseling skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and gain in-depth knowledge of the business/function.
- Ability to influence decisions to identify and mitigate issues and risks across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of information security, network management, operating systems, software development, database systems and information technology concepts.
- Preferably technical qualifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIIP, CISSP.
- A university degree and/or relevant proven professional experience is required.
