Job Responsibilities

• Identify IAM solutions that meet the expectations of business units and end users in terms of performance, usability and security for IAM standards and procedures. Determine operational feasibility through assessment, analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposal of solutions.
• Represent information security to business unit stakeholders as a trusted advisor to identify pragmatic and cost-effective security solutions that support customer needs. Collaborate with Technology, Info-Sec, Risk, Enterprise Architecture and business unit organizations as needed. Familiarity with IT leadership, operations and priorities.
• Represent IAM organizational lifecycle capabilities, Privileged Access Management (IAM), authentication, etc. to business units, technology, risk and audit teams. Balance strategic roadmap with execution of tactical InfoSec and business unit functions.
• Provide guidance, best practices and support to the business units to identify, assess, control and mitigate IAM risks. Ensure awareness and understanding within the business units of the technology risk and control framework and IT compliance challenges. Enforce NT policies regardless of whether applications and platforms are managed centrally or decentrally.
• Assist in the development of solutions and controls that meet system expectations for scalability, performance, fault tolerance, usability and data integrity. Maintain specialized knowledge in assigned security processes, governance, systems and/or frameworks. May be responsible for conducting business unit level testing of security management principles, practices, standards and controls. At the request of the business unit, lead remediation plan efforts and provide recommendations for IAM related audit and regulatory requirements in partnership with other IAM, IT and Risk Leads.

Qualifications

• Preferred 7-10 years of experience in security, risk and/or technology across a broad range of architectures. Broad understanding of identity and access management and knowledge of identity governance and administration. As an IAM subject matter expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth guidance and leadership to teams and partners at a highly technical level.
• Strong ability to develop, translate and maintain strong internal and external business relationships and utilize these relationships to pursue daily goals and responsibilities.
• Excellent consultative skills and written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to clearly articulate and manage security risks and requirements to ensure they are accurate, appropriate and understandable.
• Ability to operate independently and maintain in-depth knowledge of business areas/functions. Acceptable experience in gaining knowledge and information by contributing to related deliverables as required.
• Ability to influence decision making to identify and mitigate issues and risks across a broad range of stakeholders, including senior business unit leaders. Maintains a positive and professional attitude, ability to build and maintain effective relationships with others. Pragmatic and effective, balances risk and control requirements with commercial drivers.
• Knowledge of information security, network management, operating systems, software development, database systems and information technology concepts. Preferred technical qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIA, CISA, CSSP. Familiarity with vered IAM solutions not required, but strongly recommended.
• A college or university degree and/or relevant, proven professional experience required.
