Sr Lead, Infra Windows

Tasks

This role is responsible for building a robust infrastructure that meets the highest standards for security, reliability, compliance, and availability, while ensuring regulatory compliance for all financial institution IT infrastructures. Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture and design: Lead the design and implementation of Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory services in hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for Windows Server infrastructure, taking into account business requirements, technological advances, and industry best practices.
• Design of highly available and disaster recovery solutions for critical infrastructure components
• Design and maintenance of infrastructure roadmaps for Azure/Hybrid with Azure ARM templates, PowerShell, and Terraform

Active Directory & Identity Management

• Architecture and monitoring of the deployment of complex Active Directory infrastructure, including multi-forest/multi-domain environments
• Administration and maintenance of AD domain configuration topologies and federation services
• Managing integration between local Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Administration and implementation of privileged access management (PAM) and just-in-time access solutions
• AD experience with managing Azure AD, multi-forest, multi-domain, and complex objects
• Administration and maintenance of robust identity management systems with Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, and related technologies

Security & Compliance

• Design and implementation of role-based access control systems that meet compliance requirements
• Implementation of privileged identity management for administrative access
• Familiarity with identity governance (IGA) tools and compliance measures
• Familiarity with Windows workload (IaaS) design and management
