Senior Lead Support Engineer

Job Description

• Take on a Production Support role where you will analyze and resolve issues in various environments, including mission-critical production systems, in close collaboration with development, operations, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• You are able to understand and analyze code and work in various environments, including production-critical systems.
• Provide immediate incident resolution, including remediation activities based on overall health monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Proactively identify, triage, investigate, and collaborate on issues.
• Manage escalation and issue procedures efficiently and consistently, collaborating with teams in an open and flexible manner, adapting as needed, and responding in a timely and productive manner.
• Ensure high quality, responsiveness, and effective procedures and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, dedicated, and knowledgeable users of modern cloud technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, GCP, AWS, and Red Hat.
• Experienced in a wide range of skills for various business applications.
