Tasks

• End-to-End Data Pipeline Ownership: Responsibility for and maintenance of the entire MDM data pipeline to ensure an efficient flow of data from source systems through mastering to downstream distribution.
• ETL Solution Design & Transformation Leadership: Leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable ETL solutions while demonstrating expertise in data transformation, cleansing, and standardization.
• Data Quality & Validation Framework: Defining and monitoring data contracts, data quality standards, validation rules, and controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of master data.
• Batch Processing & SLA Management: Responsible for the execution and performance of batch processing operations to ensure on-time processing, scalability, reliability, and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as timely problem resolution.
• Platform Optimization & Modernization: Drive the modernization of ETL capabilities by leading the adoption of Azure-based data integration services, including Blob Storage, Data Factory, Event Hubs, and HDInsight. Provide architectural guidelines, best practices, and technical guidance to maximize long-term cost efficiency, performance, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Technical Leadership & Team Development: Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to the ETL team to promote continuous improvement.
