Senior Lead, Software Engineering

Requirements

Alternatively, the employer may accept 7 years of experience in software design, development, testing, and implementation in lieu of a bachelor's degree. The experience must include at least:
  • 5 years of experience with system development cycle, performing unit tests, system analysis, and application program development
  • 5 years of experience in project feasibility, requirements definition, and project management
  • 5 years of experience creating design documents for new requirements with solutions and system improvements
  • 5 years of experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • 5 years of experience with integrated sales systems, performing code reviews, and testing off-the-shelf and custom applications
  • 5 years of experience with Cobol, DB2 database, IBM DataStage, SQL, UNIX shell scripts, and XML
