Senior Lead, Full-Stack Software Engineer - RAL

Tasks

• Responsibility for the customer experience in the private banking sector and other relevant offerings.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a direct focus on scaling full-stack web technologies.
• 5+ years of experience building a reusable library of code and cross-functional components.
• 5+ years of experience building end-user web applications using modern technologies: React, React-based frameworks, server-side architectures, GraphQL, REST, or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of programming concepts and web infrastructure: object-oriented programming, class design, the Reactor pattern, the MVC pattern, or equivalents.
• Expert knowledge in React and ADR/SOLID design principles: test scenarios, as well as continuous integration and deployment.
• A passion for code quality and a sense of pride in understanding and solving challenges related to system architecture and technology selection.
• Exposure to and understanding of common web design principles, guidelines for accessible web applications, and technical aspects of design and implementation.
• Experience in developing design systems (responsive web design) or a strong understanding of how to implement and build a design system for scalability and maintainability.
• Experience using modern front-end development workflows: JavaScript/ES6+ linting, automated testing, and build optimization with front-end build systems.
• In-depth knowledge of data communication protocols: TCP, HTTPS, stateful transmission, front-end architecture, and application design.
• Expertise in tooling and development tooling: version control (Git), source code management, code pipeline management, and GitHub or similar tools.
• Experience with WebEx, Adobe, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
