Senior Lead, Tech PM

Sr. Lead, Tech PM is a full-time position in Chicago, IL.

Tasks

- Single point of contact for projects, from conception to final implementation. - Defines project scope and objectives, develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. - Serves as a resource for guidance, training, and instruction for less experienced staff. - Provides leadership and guidance to employees, fosters an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication. - Handles the most complex IT projects, coordinates with users to determine requirements.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience as a project team member, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required. - Specialized knowledge of IT projects, good consulting skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and IT management and staff are required.
