Senior-Level Cyber Security Engineer
Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer in Chicago to implement and manage systems such as Palo Alto, Crowe GRC, and CrowdStrike, among others. The candidate will lead the security team, align security measures with business objectives, and coordinate incident response via OpenXDR.
Job Summary
- Lead analyst role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide security using Palo Alto. This responsibility includes coordinating with various teams and ensuring that security measures are aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the implementation and administration of Crowe GRC systems, including security posture assessments, risk management, and compliance activities.
- Lead the security team and support security operations using CrowdStrike (end-to-end)
- Integrate security with the overall security controls, including the use of OpenXDR to detect and mitigate security incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
