Tasks

• Management of the data protection program and the information security teams
• Develop strategies and tactics to achieve team goals and align with information security strategy
• Identifying and solving strategic, technical and operational problems
• Developing strategic and tactical goals, monitoring work, prioritizing and ensuring on-time completion
• Apply understanding of the business and alignment of technology areas to achieve departmental goals
• Influencing and leading others, internally and externally
• Promotion and improvement of the data security posture
• Development, implementation and execution of governance and monitoring processes and controls
• Responsibility for the execution of data protection risk and control self-assessments (RCSA)

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in team management
• Experience with information security governance, risk and compliance (GRC)
• Expert experience in the design, selection and testing of information security controls
• Experience in conducting IT audits and regulatory activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert experience with reporting investments (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and moderation skills
• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and with prioritization of tasks

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with end-to-end strategy program roadmap development
