Senior Principal, AI Delivery Lead, Tech Program Manager

Tasks

• Plan and deliver all implementations of digital banking technology programs and business outcomes based on departmental priorities and roadmaps
• Aligning project execution with strategic business objectives and the technology strategy
• Collaborate with program management offices and other project offices (WFM, PMO, TPMO, etc.) to drive alignment and the achievement of priorities
• Establishing project and program governance, accountability, transparency, and reporting structures
• Coordinating resource allocation and staffing across various initiatives
• Tracking and Reporting on Progress, Risks, Issues, and Dependencies
• Identifying and Mitigating Risks to Ensure Successful Execution and Alignment with Stakeholders
• Evaluation and optimization of existing processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Leadership and Management of Cross-Departmental Initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintenance of Comprehensive Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
• Managing budgets and resources for digital banking customer program initiatives
• Collaboration with suppliers and external partners to advance strategic goals
• Implementation of product or program governance as required by the organization
• Definition and review of the delivery approach, delivery systems, and dependencies
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual business reviews that support the organization's goals and objectives
• Prioritizing and managing the organization's day-to-day operations, including:
  • Communicating Status, Risks, and Dependencies to Stakeholders
  • Managing Escalations and Conflicts
  • Management of Budgets, Resources, and Schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Development of strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Technology Delivery to develop a comprehensive roadmap for AI enablement initiatives
• Drive strategy, execution, and metrics management efforts in technology areas (AI, LLMs, agents, etc.) in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Technology Delivery to inform prioritization, budgeting, funding, and investment decisions
• Breaking down projects into manageable units to establish delivery priorities and focus, as well as providing regular reports on status, risks, dependencies, resources, and benefits
• Leading discussions and working sessions with executives on topics related to AI, LLMs, and agents
• Defining and refining a portfolio view from financial, resource-related, technological, and capability-related perspectives to support strategy and project governance
• Presentation of company-wide initiatives to the Executive Program Council
• Presentation on Planning and Delivery to the Executive Program Council
• Partner with the Technology Delivery Team in the design, development, and delivery of AI-enabling initiatives
• Collaborate with product managers and supply chain managers to align solutions with program objectives and ensure on-time delivery
• Collaboration with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Analysis Teams
