Senior Principal, AI Delivery Lead, Tech Program Manager

Tasks

• 1+ year of experience working in global, cross-functional teams composed of security engineers, platform engineers, data/AI engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to define expected timelines, risk mitigation measures, and measurable control objectives for AI-powered capabilities (ensuring success through agreed-upon methods)
• Planning and monitoring the deployment of AI-powered workloads on cloud (Azure) and edge platforms (managed services, private/personal data sharing, workshop environments, governance bodies to support AI acceleration and sustainable operations)
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of AI-powered data protection controls (e.g., data classification, DLP/identifiable identifiers, detection/reversible tokenization), data storage/integrity solutions, etc.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of workload and process automation/control to enable the delivery of AI-powered customer experiences
• Defining and estimating project requirements, scope, schedule, and budget (milestones, deliverables, staffing and organizational needs, etc.) to support end-to-end project execution
• Close collaboration with our clients (financial services companies, financial institutions) and their clients (banks, insurance companies, wealth management firms, consumer-facing companies, government-to-client organizations, etc.) to understand their goals and requirements and deliver innovative results
• Ensuring that every team member and every project is completed on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations, including integration
• Coordinating requirements, status, risks, and issues across multiple teams, including daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to improve practices
• Creating, executing, and modifying project resource plans to inform stakeholders about staff availability, capacity, dependencies, and resource risks in the context of a work product or milestone
• Developing project plans with milestones to define the business value of the work, the technical approach, and the composition of the project team
• Ensuring that appropriate risk management and mitigation measures are in place for project delivery (e.g., risk assessment, problem escalation, and contingency planning)
• Effectively communicating and scaling the project team's progress and challenges to stakeholders (and customers) in various formats (e.g., demos, presentations, project dashboards, emails, reports, etc.)
• Contribute ideas and initiatives for process improvement to consistently deliver better results for customers, clients, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's and master's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in the planning, execution, delivery, and management of technology projects
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML projects

Preferred qualifications

• CSM/CSPO, PMI, PMP, SAFe, or ITIL Project Management/Agile
• Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications (e.g., Architect, Engineer, Developer, Security Engineer)
• Database: Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, real-time streaming, etc.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills
