Senior Principal, Architect Solutions

Tasks

• Application and Solution Design
• Provide hands-on solutions for the Share R&D Architect. Provide EAS engineering. Develop solutions for platforms and functionalities.
• Ensure that, from a cost and functionality perspective, applications are integrated into business functions and that clients accept them based on their usability, performance, and maintainability
• Partner with product owners and application staff on future core production and migration
• Create a new model within the technical support framework, incorporating new technical, data, and intelligence approaches (assessed, holistic, and testable)
• Ensure alignment with enterprise-defined value in the domain and support software release cycles and operational success in production
• Provide technical leadership and consult with all technical stakeholders, both within and outside the company, to promote best practices and enterprise-wide delivery
• Contribute to and address security architecture assessments as they relate to enterprise security roles
• Support partners, teams, and functions in ensuring enterprise R&PM and secure integration
• Partner with cross-organizational and cross-product teams to ensure that appropriate security design is implemented across products and that operational control frameworks are established and implemented
• Support business interfaces
• Collaborate with technology managers to ensure that technical standards are defined (as needed) and implemented across the various Atlassian tools used throughout the organization

Requirements

• Proven expertise and a strong track record of success in rapid development
• 10 years of software experience in platform architecture and 8 production deployments
• DevOps as a Service
• 10 years of experience leading 5-year projects (e.g., business/product domain expert, system architecture)

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results simultaneously
• Demonstrated strengths in enterprise standards and change management skills, including adaptability and accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in developing modern methodologies (Agile) and being recognized by enterprises and others
• Proven skills in resolving issues involving North America. Collaboration with North American companies
• Experience in coordinating, quantifying, and applying complex enterprise skills to develop enterprise solutions

Experience with tool stacks

• Expertise in infrastructure, planning, configuration, and build toolsets
• Experience with APIs (e.g., Postman, Microsessor, Kubernetes, Open, Dokke, Koderenev, Carona DB)
• Build and DevOps expertise (e.g., Azure, GCP)
• Workflow Automation (e.g., Azure Service Fabric, KDD)
• Azure DevOps / Jira / ITSM Tools - (Atlassian)
• Azure DevOps / Server-side scripting - (Microsoft Script, Microsoft Power Platform, DataVerse)
• Governance and Security (e.g., Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, Splunk, Wireshaw)
