Senior Principal, DevOps & DevSecOps Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Experience leading teams in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise DevOps
• Advocates for the containerization, orchestration, scaling, and monitoring of application services
• Builds complex infrastructure systems and solutions for complex DevOps/DevSecOps platforms, ensuring uptime, scalability, and high availability
• Work with stakeholders and cloud architects to analyze and adapt to the organization's requirements, cost management, and risk areas, as well as its security, compliance, and data integrity goals
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DevOps/DevSecOps (platform, automation, infrastructure)
• Leadership: Use a solid working knowledge of software development to support DevOps/DevSecOps
• Work with infrastructure and cloud teams to map out the necessary cloud, security, and cost-management implementations
• Compliance & Security: You will help ensure the security of customer data as well as infrastructure security
• Continuous Improvements: Propose strategic procedures to minimize downtime, improve systems, and ensure platform SLOs

Required Skills & Experience

• Ten years of experience working in DevOps, DevSecOps, and infrastructure engineering
• Strong knowledge and relevant experience with cloud-native computing concepts and platforms
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation
• Proven ability to design and implement testing, monitoring, and reporting
• Proficiency with multiple cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Extensive experience with security concepts (DevSecOps), automation, and code delivery practices
• Ability/Literacy in stakeholder engagement and driving change across complex technology organizations
