Senior Principal, Tech Program Manager - Cybersecurity Portfolio Lead

Tasks

• As a Senior Leader/Workforce Leader, define the strategy and executive direction and ensure that the program roadmap and objectives are followed.
• Lead a team of project managers and implement a technology management methodology; execute programs using a portfolio of experienced suppliers.
• Ensure portfolio project management at the local cybersecurity team level and guarantee the delivery of projects across the entire portfolio.
• Lead the successful further development of highly specialized cybersecurity solutions across cross-functional business units.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and other organizational requirements.

• Identify and increase engagement in program interactions to ensure that:
• • The cybersecurity management strategy is designed, implemented, and scaled, including the development of toolkits that can influence delivery.
  • Stakeholders and their expectations are identified, and their ability to influence the program and its objectives is understood and assessed.
  • Program integrations are developed and implemented across the entire program, including key operational cycles, and contributions are made to long-term product, quality, and timing functions.
  • Enterprise-level risk, compliance, and cost management considerations arising from internal remediation programs, changes, and enterprise interactions are managed.
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) at the technology and engineering levels to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
• Work on the program in collaboration with internal partners (SAP, Infrastructure, Network, Data Center, Security, Applications, and other functional resources).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise change management processes and procedures.
• To serve as a central virtual program level for addressing inquiries regarding impacts, magnitudes, changes, or modifications within a Change Steering Committee.
• Seamless and effective collaboration with the team, willingness to take risks and/or make decisions, evaluating feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring that responses are incorporated into strategic planning.
• Provide feedback to the team and at the management level, focusing on an experience that supports project participants, benefits, and key performance indicators.
• Serve as the program lead for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• A technically strong candidate with at least 10 years of practical experience in project management, specifically in customer testing cycles.
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or capital operations, with the necessary understanding of networks, vulnerabilities, protocols, and operational requirements.
• Experience leading critical programs within the automotive sector, including Enterprise Defense, Development Policy (DC/DL), SAS, data management, and other DevOps- and Agile-based approaches.
• Knowledge of Jira, data integrity, and version control, which facilitate high-speed, modern development.
• In-depth knowledge of software and firmware integration practices (UCS).
• Knowledge of testing processes, development, and integration, as well as extensive experience.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of security technology, which may include (but are not limited to) cybersecurity, network security, operating environment research, application security, integrity, and digital signatures (authentication).
• Cybersecurity skills—the ability to handle multiple concurrent use cases and best practices from secondary sources.
