Sr Principal, Tech Program Manager - Cybersecurity Portfolio Lead
The Sr. Principal, Tech Program Manager - Cybersecurity Portfolio Lead is responsible for leading a portfolio of cybersecurity projects and reports directly to global CISD and other senior leaders. The position includes program management, financial management, people management and requires experience in cybersecurity, project management and leadership.

Tasks
- Program Delivery:
- Work with senior leadership/sponsors to define approach, drive execution, manage risk and ensure program delivery aligned with organizational priorities.
- Lead team of project managers and other matrixed staff supporting interconnected, complex projects that are strategic in nature.
- Overseeing portfolio management for one of our cyber security focus areas to ensure program roadmaps align with strategic objectives.
- Overseeing the realization of projects through the application of advanced critical thinking.
- Apply industry knowledge, commercial skills and experience in leading enterprise-wide programs and managing cross-functional project teams.
- Negotiating with senior leaders across the business.
- Sustainable Management:
- Project and program managers directly and overseeing to ensure that they:
- Identify stakeholders who will be affected by programs and projects, including those who may be indirectly affected.
- Understand stakeholder expectations and assess degree of influence, impact and potential impact on programs and projects.
- Determine and communicate status to engage stakeholders during programs, including regular communication and consultation to keep them informed and involved.
- Ensure updates and changes with stakeholders are used to inform stakeholders of project progress, changes and any issues.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, managing conflicts or problems that arise.
- Monitor and manage stakeholder satisfaction during the project and work on program plans and deliveries to resolve any issues.
- Implement and lead a robust program level change control process to address scope, schedule or resource impacts.

- Financial Management
- Financial management and performance for projects within the portfolio overseeing, including:
- Development of project managers to manage and approve project budgets.
- Analyze and manage budget variants.
- Facilitate annual budget planning.
- Optimize expenses.
- Submit forecasts in good time.

- Staff Management
- Determine staffing needs with the team, make hiring and firing decisions, perform salary administration and ensure resources are available to accomplish priorities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project and contract staff. Foster an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements
- Required knowledge, skills and experience:
- At least 15 years of direct program and project experience.
- Experience in cyber security, regulatory or audit related projects with a required understanding of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) in relation to identity and access management or experience in the planning, design and delivery of alternatives.
- Successful experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in a leadership role managing large-scale projects or programs.
- Superior communication skills, able to articulate ideas and information verbally and in writing to various audiences.
- A talent initiative to support improvement and anticipate the needs of leaders, program stakeholders and team members.
- Organizational skills - able to manage several people at the same time
