Senior Expert - Investment Project Financing

Tasks

The Investment Project Financing Department provides advisory services for large-scale investment projects in both the mid-market and corporate segments, as well as for projects in the Polish public sector. Its responsibilities include preparing investment financing projects, providing advisory services within the capital group, financing M&A transactions, project financing, renewable energy financing, and real estate financing.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate lending
• Experience in developer financing projects
• Knowledge of analytical tools and the ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Class B driver's license
