Senior Expert - Investment Project Financing
ING Bank is seeking an experienced investment project financing specialist with at least 4–6 years of experience in this field, focusing on managing financial transactions, preparing M&A deals, and advising on the procurement of investment funds. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
Tasks
The Investment Project Financing Department primarily provides consulting services in the areas of M&A, management, and oversight of investment projects, as well as consulting on structured financial products. The staff in this department are responsible for:- Financial Transaction Portfolio Management
- Preparation and execution of M&A transactions
- Consulting on raising investment capital
- Cooperation with the Financial Markets and Tax Department
Requirements
We expect:- 4–6 years of experience in corporate lending (4–6 years of experience in corporate lending)
- Do you have experience with real estate development financing projects?
- You are familiar with analytical tools and can interpret financial data
- You are very familiar with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- You have a Class B driver's license
