About the job
The Operational Risk Management Team is a unit that catalyzes change in the area of risk management at the Bank. The team performs an advisory and educational function on issues related to risk management in the Bank's operational area and supervises the implementation of operational risk monitoring (half-yearly) and reporting (monthly).Your Tasks
- You are responsible for supervising operational risk management at the bank with the required focus on the highest risk priorities.
- you prepare operational risk management plans and strategies
- you build a functioning operational risk culture with your colleagues
Our Expectations
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a financial institution/banking
- experience in the area of risk management (financial or) operational and/or compliance
- You have analytical skills and a strong preference for working in the field of finance, banking, and economics.
