About the job

The Operational Risk Management Team is a unit responsible for managing operational risks in the banking sector. The team performs risk management functions, including the monitoring and oversight of processes for identifying, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks, as well as the monitoring of internal control processes.

Your tasks

• Ensuring that operational risk management in the banking sector complies with regulatory requirements and best market practices
• Development of a plan and strategy for operational risk management

Our expectations

• At least 5 years of professional experience at a financial institution or bank
• Experience in the field of operational risk management and audit/compliance
• Analytical skills, preferably in the areas of financial law, banking, or economics
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for the banking sector and the establishment of standards
