The Operational Risk Management Team is a unit responsible for monitoring and managing operational risks at ING Bank. The team monitors and manages risks in the area of operational risk and takes remedial measures in cooperation with the first line of defense.Tasks
- Supporting the management of operational risks in the bank with the help of tools and best practices
- Development of a plan and strategy for managing operational risks
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a financial institution
- Experience in an organizational unit responsible for managing operational risks or risks
- Higher education degree, preferably in law, finance, banking, or economics
- Knowledge of supervisory requirements for the financial sector
