About the job
The Operational Risk Management Team is responsible for managing operational risk in the banking sector. The team carries out risk management functions in the banking sector and monitors potential losses arising from process deficiencies and/or human error in the area of operational risk.Tasks
- Monitoring of reports on operational risks in the banking sector using risk management tools and best practices
- Development of plans and strategies for managing operational risk
- Building an experienced team for operational risk management in the banking sector
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience at a financial institution (preferably in banking)
- Experience in operational risk management and/or operational risk/compliance auditing
- Analytical skills and an interest in working in the finance and banking sector
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for the banking sector
