Senior Contract Management Specialist

Job description

Join the Procurement Team in the Finance Division. On a daily basis, we coordinate activities related to changes in internal and external regulations governing procurement and consulting; we collaborate with experts in public procurement law, consulting, and contracts; we conduct procurement processes; we manage risk; and we monitor outsourcing processes within the bank.

Your tasks

• Management of contracts for internal services/other business activities independent of the bank’s RGCZ within the Group

Requirements

• You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position or in a purchasing role
• You are fluent in spoken and written English (level B2–C2)
• You have strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills
• You are able to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks
• You are familiar with the applications used in the workplace (MS Office, procurement system)
