Senior Contract Management Specialist

Job description

Join the Procurement Team in the Finance Division. Our day-to-day work focuses primarily on issues related to changes in internal and external regulations governing procurement activities and suppliers, conducting procurement processes, managing and monitoring contracts, and collaborating with suppliers.

Tasks

• Contract management for internal services/non-banking activities at RCZ within the ING Group

Requirements

• You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position or in a purchasing role
• You are fluent in spoken and written English (minimum level B2–C2)
• You have strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills
• You are able to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks
• You are familiar with the applications used in the workplace (MS Office, procurement system)
