Senior Contract Management Specialist

Job description

Join the Procurement team in the Finance Division. On a daily basis, we coordinate orders related to changes in internal and external regulations, conduct negotiations, implement and improve procurement processes, and monitor supplier relationships and outsourcing within the bank.

Your tasks

• Management of service contracts for group-based shared access

Requirements

• You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position or in a purchasing role
• You are fluent in spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
• You have strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills
• You are able to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks
• You are familiar with the applications used in the workplace (MS Office, procurement system)
