- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify competency gaps within the organization to support business operations
- the design, delivery, and evaluation of development initiatives
- You provide guidance on talent management and skill development
- You support processes and projects in the areas of employee development and goal-setting
Our expectations
- You have a college degree (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, management)
- You must have at least 4 years of experience leading development projects and collaborating with business units within a large organization
