Senior Specialist - Talent Development and Management

Your tasks

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify competency gaps within the organization to support business operations
• the design, delivery, and evaluation of development initiatives
• You provide guidance on talent management and skill development
• You support processes and projects in the areas of employee development and goal-setting

Our expectations

• You have a college degree (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, management)
• You must have at least 4 years of experience leading development projects and collaborating with business units within a large organization
