Senior Specialist - Talent Development and Management
ING Bank is seeking an experienced specialist for its Talent Development and Management team to support the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at fostering talent and skills within the organization. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in designing development programs and collaborating with business units within a large organization.
Job description
The Talent Development and Management Department is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives related to product development, banking, consulting, sponsorship, events, and communications. The department also focuses on fostering a positive organizational culture, continuous skill development, and the adoption of new technologies.Your tasks
- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify skill gaps within the organization and to develop and implement initiatives aimed at developing and modernizing training programs.
- Consulting on talent development and skills development.
- Support for processes and policies related to employee development.
Our expectations
- A college degree (preferably in psychology, sociology, or management).
- At least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing projects within a large organization.
- Proficiency in Polish at the C2 level.
