Senior Specialist - Talent Development and Management
The position of Senior Specialist – Talent Development and Management at ING Bank in Warsaw or Katowice involves developing and implementing initiatives to foster skills and talent. The incumbent will work with HR business partners to identify skills gaps and design and implement appropriate development and training initiatives.
Tasks
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify competency gaps relative to business requirements
- the design, delivery, and evaluation of development and educational initiatives
- Actions in line with priority areas of development that incorporate support for these initiatives through processes and policies in the area of employee development
Requirements
- You have a college degree (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, management)
- You must have at least 4 years of experience leading development projects and collaborating with business units within a large organization
