Senior Specialist - Talent Development and Management

Job description

The Center for Talent Development and Management is responsible for creating and implementing initiatives that support the development of professional skills within the company. We design and deliver training programs and modern solutions, build competencies, and support the organization’s growth while ensuring sustainable development at every stage of its life cycle. Our team also focuses on shaping the internal organizational culture, defining strategies for the development of our business, and collaborating with external providers.

Your tasks

• You will work with HR Business Partners to identify competency gaps within the organization in order to achieve business objectives, and to deliver and evaluate development initiatives
• You provide guidance on talent management and skill development
• You comply with processes and policies related to employee development and goals

Our expectations

• You have a college degree (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, management)
• You must have at least 4 years of experience leading development projects and collaborating with the business side in a large organization
• You know Polish at the C2 level
