Senior Specialist - Talent Development and Management
ING Bank is seeking an experienced specialist for its "Rozwój i Zarządzanie Talentami" division in Warsaw, Poland, who will focus on developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee skills. The ideal candidate holds a college degree and has at least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing human resources development solutions within a large organization.
Your tasks
- You will work with HR Business Partners to identify competency gaps in the current and planned scenarios, to implement business-driven development initiatives, and to deliver and evaluate them.
- You provide guidance on talent management and skill development
- You support teams with processes and products in the areas of employee development and goal-setting
Our expectations
- You have a college degree (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, management)
- You must have at least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing development solutions in a large organization
