Senior Specialist - Talent Development and Management

Tasks

• Collaborating with HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps relative to business requirements
• Design, implementation, and evaluation of development initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational competencies

Requirements

• You have experience in talent management and employee skill development
• You provide guidance on talent management and skill development
• Are you familiar with the processes and policies related to employee development and goals?
• You have a college degree (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, management)
• You have at least 4 years of experience leading development and implementation projects with business units in a large organization
• Do you speak Polish at the C2 level?
