Senior Specialist - Talent Development and Management
ING Bank is seeking an experienced specialist for its "Talent Development and Management" division in Warsaw, Poland, who will focus on developing and implementing initiatives to support employee development. The successful candidate will work with HR business partners to identify skills gaps and design development initiatives.
Tasks
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps relative to business requirements
- Design, implementation, and evaluation of development initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational competencies
Requirements
- You have experience in talent management and employee skill development
- You provide guidance on talent management and skill development
- Are you familiar with the processes and policies related to employee development and goals?
- You have a college degree (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, management)
- You have at least 4 years of experience leading development and implementation projects with business units in a large organization
- Do you speak Polish at the C2 level?
