Senior Specialist - Talent Development and Management

About the job

The Development Center / Talent Management is responsible for creating and implementing initiatives that support the development of the bank’s employees. We design and implement development solutions, develop and coordinate the delivery of regular and customized training programs as well as ad-hoc training sessions, and provide guidance on competencies. Our activities focus on development and on enhancing the effectiveness of an organizational culture that fosters learning; we support the development of managers and high-potential employees.

Your tasks

• You work with HR Business Partners to identify competency gaps in response to changing business conditions.
• planning, implementing, and evaluating development initiatives
• You provide guidance on talent management and skill development
• You rely on processes and tools in the areas of employee development and goal-setting

Our expectations

• You have a college degree (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, management)
• You must have at least 4 years of experience leading development projects and collaborating with the business side in a large organization
• You know Polish at the C2 level
