State Street Alpha - Global Program Manager IBOR / Investment Management Accounting Conversions - Vice PresidentTasks
- This client-facing role will be responsible for managing a global portfolio of programs, designing solutions and onboarding new clients to State Street's front-to-back platform
- Set and influence the global strategy for the Data Conversion Practice and be recognized as the global leader in this area
- Drive efforts to implement and adopt best practices in new automation tools
- Lead a global team of regional and functional transformation managers to design and execute the transformation execution with clients and internal stakeholders
- Optimize resource levels, productivity and actively manage relationships with supplier partners
- Formulate transformation strategies with clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining and enforcing global standards
- Creation and delivery of internal and client-oriented documents (customer offers, playbooks, strategy documents, lessons learned)
- Navigate complex customer relationships, build strong business relationships and manage customer stakeholder expectations
- Owning the different phases of the transformation cycle across multiple concurrent global customers
- Provide regular status updates and supporting program reports as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, 15+ years of experience in the financial industry across front office functionality as well as middle (IBOR) and back office systems, services and data areas
- Previous industry experience in managing conversions through the implementation cycle with deep experience in technology based data requirements, data loads, reconciliation and delivery of audits to clients
- Proven university knowledge or experience in capital markets including middle office, securities, bank lending, IBOR / ABOR, transaction management or system knowledge of RKS, CRMS, Eagle, Eagle STAR, PAM, Portia, WISO or other
- Deep customer engagement and expectation management over the prospect life cycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally structured and team-oriented environment as well as independently
- Experience in agile methodology and advanced project management and execution with Atos / Unisys tools, Unix, Conventional preferred
- Experience in portfolio management theory and application is useful but not required
- Some travel required
Salary
- $140,000 - $222,500 annually
