Assistant Store Manager

Migros Zurich is seeking a Deputy Store Manager (80–100%) for the VOI Migrospartner store on Albisriederstrasse to lead the team and provide an outstanding shopping experience for customers. This is a permanent position (open-ended) and can be filled immediately or by mutual agreement.

Tasks

Assisting the store manager and managing the supermarket together with the team, customers, and suppliers
Organization of Workflows
Coordination of Market Development and Marketing Planning
Various administrative tasks and ensuring the flow of information

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Completed vocational training (EFZ) in retail
German (fluent)
A strong sense of responsibility
A strong focus on customer service and the ability to work well with others
High motivation, independence, and a passion for entrepreneurship
