Strategic Pricing & Revenue Manager 100% (f/m/d)Your challenge
* Pricing & Revenue Management: Take the lead in addressing current revenue challenges, identifying potential areas for improvement, and developing new pricing strategies and models (e.g., digital assets) * Front Support & "Floor Running": Serve as the primary point of contact for front office support; work closely with relationship managers to develop customer campaigns and define specific pricing actions * Pricing Analysis and Strategy: Independently conduct analyses of market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior (e.g., pricing landscape, product and pricing model usage, price level compliance) to develop recommendations for pricing strategies * Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue opportunities and evaluate their business potential (i.e., business case calculations) * Market Trends: Analyze market trends and changes in regulation, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing strategies and processes * Pricing Platform & Infrastructure: Assist in maintaining and improving our proprietary discount management software; translate initiative-related business requirements into process and tool specifications in collaboration with product owners and developers * Governance Excellence: Support the team in developing and maintaining pricing governance frameworks; conduct regular reviews of pricing strategies and processes and their compliance with global and local minimum standards * Communication and Stakeholder Change Management: Prepare presentations and materials for senior management and stakeholder engagements; also coordinate project implementation, including planning/tracking, budgeting, change management activities, impact monitoring, etc.Your profile
* Exceptional academic background: Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Law & Economics * At least 3 years of professional experience in private banking, strategic consulting, or financial services * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data analysis * Excellent project management and organizational skills * Authorization to work in SwitzerlandWe offer
