Strategic Pricing & Revenue Manager 100% (f/m/d)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Strategic Pricing & Revenue Manager to support the pricing and revenue management team and lead strategic initiatives to optimize earnings. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, at least 3 years of professional experience in private banking or strategy consulting, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Pricing & Revenue Management: Taking responsibility for current revenue challenges, potential opportunities for improvement, and developing new pricing strategies and models (e.g., digital assets)
  • Front Support & Floor Running: Primary contact for front office support, working closely with relationship managers to develop customer campaigns and specific pricing measures
  • Pricing platform and infrastructure: Support in maintaining and improving proprietary discount management software, translating initiative-related business requirements into process and tool specifications with product owners and developers
  • Governance Excellence: Supporting the team in developing and maintaining pricing governance frameworks, regularly reviewing pricing strategies and processes, and ensuring compliance with global and local minimum standards.
  • Communication and stakeholder/change management: Preparation of presentations and materials for senior management and stakeholders, coordination of rollouts and implementation of projects, including planning/tracking, budgeting, change management activities, impact monitoring, etc.

Requirements

The requirements include:
  • Excellent academic background: Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in banking and finance, business administration, or law and economics
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in private banking, strategy consulting, or financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passionate about data analysis
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (including PowerPoint)
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Reliable and precise in terms of quality and deadlines
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages an advantage
  • Work permit in Switzerland
