Strategic Buyer for Services with a Focus on IT and Professional Services (All)

Tasks

• Strategic procurement, development and implementation of purchasing strategies for professional and business services, identification of cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Conducting requests for proposals via e-sourcing, preparing bids, and negotiating contracts with national and international suppliers. Advising and assisting business units in selecting suitable service providers.
• Negotiation and execution of framework and individual contracts; monitoring and administration of existing contracts, including contract renewals and amendments.
• Supplier management in close collaboration with functional departments. Establishing and maintaining strategic, interdisciplinary partnerships with suppliers.
• Management of internal procurement and compensation processes; coordination and initiation of major procurement projects; implementation under the external financing framework
• Close collaboration with internal functional departments (e.g., IT, Compliance) to align procurement requirements with procurement processes and to coordinate procurement decisions with senior management.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience, preferably in the financial services sector, or several years of professional experience in indirect strategic procurement, ideally with a focus on services
• German (business fluent), English (business fluent)
• Knowledge of compliance, outsourcing, and data protection law, preferably in the financial sector
• Experience in conducting requests for proposals and negotiating with domestic suppliers (via e-sourcing)
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to negotiate case-by-case IT solutions for management
