Strategic Workforce Manager
As a Strategic Workforce Manager (80–100%), you will flexibly manage the part-time forecasts for each location and interpret various calculation methods to achieve maximum impact. The position requires a structured approach to work, planning experience, and the ability to take initiative within a modern work environment that offers remote work options.
Tasks
- Successful and Flexible Management of Part-Time Forecasts at Our Locations
- Interpretation and application of all types of calculations for the site to achieve the greatest impact
- Understanding and Effectively Utilizing Processes in the Portfolio (Time Management)
- Structured execution of complex sets of tasks as part of a team
Requirements
- Reliability and the ability to approach complex sets of tasks in a structured manner and to apply this approach to the completion of these tasks as part of a team
- An inspiring role model and a high degree of initiative
- Organizational skills and a structured approach
- Computer experience
- Many years of experience in planning
