Strategy and Transformation Manager
The Strategy and Transformation Manager role at UBS in Zurich involves supporting and shaping the transformation of the Asset Management Technology function, including the development of a target operating model and the implementation of a technology strategy. The focus is on the successful implementation of transformation activities and the continuous improvement of the function.
Your role
Are you a dynamic and experienced Transformation Officer with a track record in transformation consulting, technology strategy, digital transformation and wealth management? Do you enjoy working at the forefront of strategic business transformation enabled by technology?
The role is critical to shaping the future of our AM Tech function and spans multiple dimensions including the strategy and operating model of the overall AM Tech function, our technology target architecture and application landscape, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and how we can apply them effectively as we move towards a scalable future setup. For this, we are looking for a Strategy and Transformation Manager to:
- Support, challenge and improve AM Tech transformation activities to successfully deliver against the plan
- Develop and articulate a clear and compelling AM Tech target operating model that aligns with our AM Business and GOTO objectives
- Develop a holistic performance governance framework for our AM Tech function in close collaboration with our AM Tech CBO to continuously improve our strategic financial, change, risk, people and organizational management
- detail, plan and mobilize the AM Tech strategy and transformation roadmap beyond CSAM integration in close collaboration with AM Business
Your team
You will be working in the Asset Management Technology team shaping the technology used in a market leading business. You will report directly to the Head of AM Tech Strategy and be part of a dynamic team.

Your expertise
- 3+5+ years of experience in structuring, managing and executing projects at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in an equivalent strategy role within a large global corporation in the financial services industry
- General understanding of the asset management industry
- Good understanding of key technology trends and innovations and their impact on requirements
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments and can multi-task
- Active participation in strategic decisions
- Analytical and data-driven, detail-oriented
