Your role

Are you a dynamic and experienced Transformation Officer with a track record in transformation consulting, technology strategy, digital transformation and asset management? Do you enjoy working at the forefront of strategic business transformation through technology?

The role is critical to shaping the future of our AM Tech function and spans multiple dimensions including the strategy and operating model of the overall AM Tech function, our technology target architecture and application landscape, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and how we can apply them effectively as we move towards a scalable future scenario.

Tasks

• Support, challenge and improve AM tech transformation activities to successfully deliver against plan
• Develop and articulate a clear and compelling AM tech target operating model that aligns with our AM business and GOTO objectives
• Develop a holistic performance governance framework for our AM-Tech function in close collaboration with our AM-Tech CBO to continuously improve our strategic financial, change, risk, people and organizational management
• Detail, plan and mobilize the AM Tech strategy and transformation roadmap beyond CSAM integration in close collaboration with AM Business

Your team

You will work in the Asset Management Technology Strategist team that shapes the technology landscape used in a market leading business. You will report directly to the Head of AM Tech Strategy.

Your expertise

• 3-5+ years of experience structuring, managing and executing projects at a top tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent strategy role within a large global corporation in the financial services industry
• General understanding of the asset management industry
• Good understanding of key technology trends and innovations and their impact on requirements
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments and can multi-task
• Has actively contributed to strategic decisions
• Analytical and data-driven, detail-oriented
• Strong/professional skills in PowerPoint
• Team player with an enthusiastic and
• Strong organizational skills and ability
