Tasks

As Strategy & Innovation Manager, you will:

• Manage projects and deliver the strategy of innovation projects through all stages of the innovation cycle, including design, construction, and testing.
• Use strong communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional discussions and develop innovative solutions for our customers and colleagues.
• Plan, organize, and deliver projects, both individually and through project teams.
• Find innovative ideas to build innovation pipelines that align with business strategy and are based on customer needs.
• Iterate and shape propositions and projects based on insights and tests with customers and internal business partners.
• Analyze business results, competitive activities, potential business opportunities, and customer behavior.

Requirements

You should:

• Have more than 12 years of experience in AI and project delivery, particularly in the financial services sector.
• Have the ability to manage projects, preferably using agile methods.
• Demonstrate responsibility for delivering various projects (including AI delivery) using agile approaches and project management of the project team.
• Possess strong communication skills to build relationships with a range of senior stakeholders, including creating and agreeing on project delivery plans, and the ability to act as a translator between the business and project/technical teams.
• Have the ability to clearly present complex information and data in order to build understanding and cooperation.
