Job description

The position of Structured Credit Product Controller (Associate) involves monitoring structured credit products with product exposure to credit derivatives, credit-linked notes, total return swaps, structured repo transactions, and loans.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Monitoring of structured credit products
  • Developing a deep understanding of the trading desk's trading strategies
  • Evaluating the performance of the trading desk and providing insights to senior management
  • Monitoring of all financial resource metrics, including RWA, leverage exposure, and funding requirements
  • Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulatory developments

Requirements

The requirements include:
  • Relevant experience in product controlling with a strong understanding and experience of derivatives and financial instruments, preferably structured credit products
  • Preferably a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, etc.)
