Tasks

The Structured Derivatives Lawyer will work in the Transaction Legal team and advise the Structured Solutions Business and Risk Solutions Business teams on transactions. The Transaction Legal team will work closely with lawyers involved in various Global Markets businesses, including structured notes, structured products (including structured finance, repackagings, securitized products and structured loans), JIFs and QIS funds.

Requirements

• The candidate should have experience in the field of structured law
• The candidate should be able to take a holistic view of transactions and work with front office teams
• The candidate should have good communication and counseling skills
