Structured Products and Derivatives Implementation Lead

Tasks

The role involves designing and implementing the product vision for structured products and derivatives platforms with full responsibility for the entire product life cycle. This includes:

• Understanding business models and defining clear, value-oriented product features with key stakeholders
• Understanding and documentation of all requirements from a manufacturing and sales perspective
• Management of front-to-back product implementation, testing, and lifecycle from conception to release
• Continuous product development through proactive research and analysis of the market, users, and end customers

Requirements

The position requires:

• Understanding business models and defining clear, value-oriented product features
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Interest in technology and passion for delivering innovative products and solutions
• Good knowledge of financial products, especially structured products and derivatives
• Experience in agile project methods and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
