Structured Products & FX Development Manager

Job description

Tasks

• On-board new equity, fixed income, FX and cross-asset structures, including idea generation, framework evaluation, life cycle governance, etc.
• Providing actionable insights and product ideas by analyzing market and economic developments, research by investment specialists, portfolio analysis and trading and position data
• Use data analytics to integrate flow, price and macro data, identify demand for white spaces and optimize product features and parameters
• Work with sales desks to articulate value propositions and meet clients' investment needs
• Support with tasks related to the product offering and governance, if required

Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Analytical skills and a critical mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and eager to learn
• Ability to mediate between different interest groups to find the best solution for the customer
• Knowledge of private banking products and services and corresponding processes
• Interest in legal and regulatory topics such as MiFID and SFDR
• Previous experience in the financial sector
• University degree in business administration, finance, economics or equivalent
