Structured Products Manager

About the job

The position as Structured Products Manager is based in Lisbon and is a full-time position.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Management of documentation and the issuance process for structured products
• Preparation of various offering documents and reports, including legally binding documentation for structured products, in close cooperation with Trading, Structuring, Middle Office, Sales, and Legal & Compliance, as well as external partners
• Setup of products in the risk and trading system
• Daily life cycle and corporate action management
• Maintenance of the website for product-specific publications
• Participation in and management of projects

Requirements

The requirements include:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in finance or economics
• Practical experience in structured products and/or OTC derivatives
• Basic knowledge of financial derivatives and the payout of structured products
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, team-oriented, and communicative personality
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluency in German and/or English, French, and/or Italian would be an advantage.
• Good user skills, especially in Excel
