Structured Products Private Banking Sales

Tasks

• Providing expert advice to relationship managers and investment advisors on customized investment products, with a focus on structured products, to meet client needs
• Identifying emerging market trends and developing innovative investment strategies to expand our offerings to clients
• Development, pricing, and launch of structured products based on equity, credit, and interest rate underlying assets
• Active management of product lifecycles, notifying relationship managers and investment advisors of upcoming maturities, and offering suitable replacement options
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders through regular desk meetings and consultations to promote structured products and drive business growth
• Conducting training sessions for relationship managers to enhance their knowledge of structured products and boost sales performance
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials that showcase investment ideas and opportunities
• Oversight of day-to-day operations, including trade booking, post-sale support, and product lifecycle management

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in a consulting or sales role
• Market Knowledge: A strong passion for financial markets and a broad understanding of various structured products
• Technical skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA, with the ability to apply technical skills to analyze and solve complex problems
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English
